Arrival by Trailer . . .
Please stop by the Administration Building to make arrangements for your
stay. After business hours, please contact Security for a slip. They may
be found in the Security Office located next to the launch ramps, or contacted
on Marine Band channels 16 & 9, or at (847) 875-0101.
Arrival by Water . . .
Please contact North Point Marina at (847) 746-2845 or on Marina Band channels
16 or 9 to make arrangements.
Launch Ramps . . .
The launch ramps are located between Skipper Bud's and the Security Office.
They are open 24 hours per day from April 1st through October 31st. There
is no launch fee.
Fees . . .
Vessel lengths up to 30 feet LOA (length overall) are $30.00 per day or
$180.00 per week. Vessel lengths over 30 feet LOA are charged an additional
$1.00 per foot per day. Transient stays must be prepaid. Cash, check, Visa,
or Mastercard are accepted. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. A $25.00 service
charge plus applicable transient fees will be due for any unpaid transient
stay or late renewal.*
Slips . . .
Slip assignments are made on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. Reservations
are not accepted. Special considerations will be made for approved organizations.
Transient guests are required to furnish their own dock lines and power
cords.* Specific slip assignments are not guaranteed and transient may be
required to move at the request of marina management.
Security Codes . . .
Access codes are provided for parking, dock gates, and bathhouses upon transient
check-in. Please keep your code confidential. One parking permit will be
issued for each transient stay and should be displayed on the dashboard
of the vehicle. Any vehicle in restricted parking must display a permit
or will be subject to towing at the owner's expense. One vessel permit will
be issued for each transient stay and must be displayed on the vessel where
easily visible to NPM personnel.
Utilities . . .
Water and electric are available at each slip. Single 30amp/120 volt, single
50 amp/120 volt, or single 50 amp/208 volt are available. Transient guests
are not guaranteed a particular service and if necessary, must provide their
own adapter or splitter.
Pumpouts . . .
Self-serve pump-out facilities are located at the end of "C" and "D" docks
in the recreational basin and at the Fuel Dock in the charter basin.
Fuel . . .
Fuel is provided by Skipper Bud's. Contact them at (847) 872-3200 or on
Marine Band channels 16 or 9. Please note: Fueling of vessels can only
be done at the designated fuel dock in the marina.*
Fish Cleaning Station . . .
The fish cleaning station is located on the north side of the Security Office
and is open 24 hours. Disposal of fish waste is permitted at the fish cleaning
station only
* Enforcement of these policies may include vessel impoundment,
eviction, movement of vessel by NPM personnel, and other fines or penalities. |
